The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Finland, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Iceland, Norway, Ukraine.
Shipping costs (including applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs vary by country:
5.95 €: Germany (up to 15 kg)
Deliveries to other countries:
For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the shipping zone and weight.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) will be made within 3–5 days; for international deliveries, within 5–14 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed, from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or other holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time.
