Shipping policy

  1. Delivery charges
    We have no minimum order value!

    Delivery charges vary depending on the country:
    €5.95: Germany (up to 15kg)
    For all other countries, delivery charges are calculated individually, depending on the delivery zone and weight.

    In our online shop, the prices quoted are in euros and include VAT (currently 19% or 7% for books and magazines). Postage and packaging are added to this.

    You will see all costs again before finalising your order, in the shopping basket checkout on the order confirmation page.

  2. Customs duties and fees
    When goods ordered are imported into countries that are not members of the EU, import duties in the form of import VAT and customs duties are payable. We will complete the necessary forms for you in full. Import VAT is levied on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to the VAT rate applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may be levied, which can vary significantly depending on the goods ordered and your country. 
    In addition, customs duties (depending on product type and weight) and a handling fee charged by the delivery service provider may apply.
    These costs are calculated by customs or the relevant parcel service and must be borne by the recipient.
    As a retailer, we have no influence over this and do not cover these charges.
    For precise information on the applicable fees, we recommend contacting customs or the relevant shipping provider directly.
    Important for shipments to Switzerland:
    For orders with a total value (including shipping costs) exceeding 62 CHF, Swiss customs will levy import sales tax (VAT). 

  3. Delivery
    We send all ordered items together in a single parcel. Within Germany, we deliver via Deutsche Post and DHL.

  4. Delivery time
    Delivery time within Germany: 
    We dispatch your order within 7–14 working days of receiving your order or payment, unless a different delivery time is specified for the item. A different delivery time applies, for example, to print-on-demand items. The note ‘In stock’ on the item simply means that the item is in stock, not that it will be dispatched immediately.

  5. Important information regarding the dispatch of pre-orders

    If you pre-order an item, please note that the stated delivery date is based on the information we receive from the respective manufacturer or producer. We have no influence over the actual release date or the final dispatch date of the product and are simply passing on the available information to you. In individual cases, delays may therefore occur over which we unfortunately have no control.

    Important: If you purchase other products in an order in addition to a pre-order item, we will dispatch everything together as soon as the pre-order item arrives at our premises.
    Individual dispatch is not possible in such cases.

    If you would like to receive certain items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

  6. Returns
    Without restricting your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee extended to a total of 30 days for items that are also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
    Please note the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

    You are responsible for the costs of the return.
    You can organise your return yourself and send it back to our returns address.
