Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you post the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Return costs
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for diminished value
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts;
- for the supply of tickets for events with a fixed date or time period.
Voluntary return guarantee (30 days)
Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal, yvolve GmbH grants you a voluntary return guarantee of 30 days from receipt of the goods on all items subject to the right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- The goods must be complete, unworn and undamaged.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
The following also applies under the voluntary return guarantee: You bear the costs of the return shipment.
Returning faulty or defective goods
In the case of faulty or defective goods, the statutory warranty rights apply.
